Authentic Relating Level 1 Training in Zurich for TGF Community
Navigating Relationship through Authentic Connection
Authentic Relating is a simple, effective, yet totally radical practice of how to be human together.
It emerged through community practice as a fusion of various practices including Circling, Gestalt therapy, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), mindfulness practices and Transpersonal Psychology.
The practice feels supportive of what we as humans want most in life, to be deeply connected with other people.
Can owning our humanness help create systemic shifts?
The foundation of understanding the systems we are a part of and want to change, and to creating new possibilities to move forward, lies in connecting with the humans that shape it.
Authentic Relating offers an approach to fostering deeper, more meaningful connections by promoting genuine communication, trust, and vulnerability even in the messiness of everyday life.
It helps individuals feel more connected and understood, leading to improved emotional well-being and healthier relationships. By embracing authentic relating, we can cultivate stronger interpersonal bonds, enhance leadership skills, and create more fulfilling personal and professional lives.
The Great Full is partnering with Pauline Drewfs who is a course leader at Authentic Relating Training (ART) International to bring the foundation course “Authentic Relating Training Level 1: Foundations” to Zurich to help you develop the confidence in expressing what’s on your heart, and create relationships with deeper trust.

The Authentic Relating Training Level 1 offers skills and practices in the following areas:
